Tunneling Company Keeps Expanding

Arizona’s Horizontal Boring uses auger boring, tunneling machines and directional drills to keep company growing

 

The crew from Arizona-based Horizontal Boring bores under the Beardsley Canal in Maricopa County, Arizona, for a new subdivision going in using a tunnel-boring machine from American Augers. Crews will be installing reclaimed water, water, sewer and gas lines at the job site. The company, owned by Ernie and Chris Romero, is able to bore from 8 to 84 inches in diameter. The company also performs tunneling work from 36 to 120 inches in diameter. Horizontal Boring also specializes in horizontal directional drilling.
