McElroy unveils new museum celebrating company’s history
Tulsa, Oklahoma-based McElroy hosted a ribbon-cutting to commemorate the opening of the McElroy Museum. Located in the company’s new, 193,000-square-foot Tulsa metro campus, the museum details the 70-plus-year history of the company, from its founding in 1954 to its latest cutting-edge products. The museum is made up of a series of vignettes, each one showcasing a milestone in McElroy’s history. Some of the milestones include the first products designed by founder Art McElroy, the company’s foray into fin tube and butt fusion equipment and the evolution of its digital and equipment offerings. Other vignettes show different marketing collateral and promotional items from decades past, such as vintage shirts and hats.
Talbert Manufacturing announces 2023 dealer award winners
Talbert Manufacturing named Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, headquartered in Voorhees, New Jersey, as its top dealer for 2023. Hale has remained Talbert’s top dealer for 16 consecutive years. The company has also been named the dealer with the most parts sales in 2023. Hy-Brid Lifts names new director of sales
Hy-Brid Lifts named Gary Coke as director of sales covering the south-central United States. Coke’s responsibilities include providing customer support as well as continuing the growth and channel development of the Hy-Brid Lifts line of low-level scissor lifts. Coke brings 19 years’ industry experience to his new role, largely derived from his time in equipment manufacturing with SkyJack.
