Joakim Arndorw appointed Head of Sales Region Asia at Volvo Construction Equipment
Volvo Construction Equipment announced that Joakim Arndorw has been appointed head of sales for Region Asia, and will become a member of the Volvo CE executive management team. Since 2023, Arndorw has served as head of region international at Volvo CE and brings expertise from both the retail and aftermarket sectors, with a strong focus on customer experience. The current head of sales for Region Asia, Tomas Kuta, will return to Sweden in February after seven years leading Volvo CE’s sales business in Asia.
Komatsu West expands in California and Canada
Komatsu has expanded its Komatsu West company-owned dealer organization into Northern California. Komatsu West will now serve as the dealer for that territory and has launched new operations in Fresno and Sacramento, taking over the former Gee Heavy Machinery locations. Komatsu also announced it is strengthening its commitment to Canadian customers by transforming its Edmonton, Alberta, parts depot into a full-service distribution center. This expansion will enhance service levels, reduce lead times and better support dealers and customers across Canada according to a company release.
