JDC and Vacuum Truck Rentals merge to form Rentix Solutions
Rentix Solutions, formed through the combination of JDC (formerly known as Jack Doheny Companies) and Vacuum Truck Rentals, announced operations as a national specialty rental platform serving the vacuum, sewer, hydrovac and environmental equipment markets across the U.S. JDC brings 50 years of expertise in combination sewer cleaners, hydroexcavators and inspection equipment. VTR brings the largest commercial vacuum truck rental network in the country that customers have relied on for more than 25 years. Together, Rentix Solutions will operate over 36 locations across the U.S. with a combined fleet of more than 3,200 specialized units. With over 300,000 parts SKUs distributed across the network and more than 100 certified service bays, Rentix Solutions is built to keep customers’ operations running regardless of where the work is.
Rentix Solutions will be led by CEO Payton Lockey, who brings deep operational experience in specialty equipment and a leadership approach built on customer focus, operational excellence, and team culture. Also leading the company is COO B.T. Steadman, who brings nearly three decades of experience in operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
