Oilfield Equipment Company and Hose Distributor Join Forces

Abilene, Texas-based McCarty Equipment Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Houston based GHX Industrial and The United Distribution Group announced that it has acquired the assets and operations of the Bakersfield, Calif., location of Alternative Hose.The Bakersfield location has been operating for seven years.
