SPIR STAR names officers

SPIR STAR promoted Joseph B. Derzapf, formerly vice president and general manager, to president and chief executive officer. The company also promoted Jerry Carter to vice president of sales and chief operating officer and Lars Zeisig to vice president of finance and chief financial officer.
