When it comes to utility maintenance, municipalities and contractors need equipment that’s built to perform under pressure — literally. The HotJet USA D500 Vac ’n Jet Series delivers just that, offering a rugged and compact solution engineered for the diverse demands of today’s infrastructure maintenance.

Designed to tackle tough jobs in tight spaces, the D500 Vac ’n Jet is purpose-built for cleaning valve boxes, storm drains, drain and sewer lines, and for hydroexcavation. Its four-in-one functionality — jetting, vacuuming, hydroexcavating and power washing — makes it one of the most versatile trailer-mounted systems on the market.

At the heart of the unit is a reliable Yanmar Turbo Diesel Engine, producing 20 gpm at 4,000 psi, with the capacity to clean lines ranging from 4 to 24 inches. The integrated Gardner Denver vacuum system includes a 500-gallon spoils tank, 4-ton hydraulic dump, and a dual-stage Centri-Clean filter system for efficient debris capture and containment.

For municipalities seeking performance without the price tag of a large vacuum truck, or contractors looking for mobility without compromising on capability, the D500 Vac ’n Jet is a practical, budget-conscious alternative.

Whether you’re responding to emergencies, maintaining aging infrastructure, or expanding your services, the HotJet USA D500 series offers the power and reliability professionals demand, with a footprint and price point that makes sense.
