Larry Rucker of Texstar Enterprises, Ivan Martin of MasTec and Mike Thomas of AllTech Directional Drilling talk about their experiences of having employees go through the training program.
As the fiber-optic network grows, contractors are seeing that there isn’t enough help in the industry. “The market is short of experienced operators,” says Rucker. “There’s a huge demand in the business now for operators, so the training that Ditch Witch is offering would be a huge benefit to us as an employer.”
The program starts with employees new to the companies and trains them from the ground up.
