RapidWorks has announced it is introducing new products to help your business be more efficient. Rapid Fleet is the company's new heavy equipment maintenance solution, and Rapid ERP Payments is a new feature enabling faster customer payments.

Introducing Rapid Fleet

Rapid Fleet is built to help you organize your shop so you can stay on top of repairs, service plans and spare parts, all in one place.

Because Rapid Fleet is a RapidWorks product, dispatchers are automatically informed when vehicles are taken out of service, regardless of whether they rely on Rapid ERP or Visual Dispatch. This means dispatchers can schedule jobs with confidence and mechanics can schedule repairs to keep your business running.

When a truck or piece of equipment has issues, every second counts. With Rapid Fleet, operators can mark a vehicle as out of service if an inspection reveals a critical issue. This triggers an alert to the shop so repairs can be scheduled. Dispatchers will also see the equipment is out of service, so backup equipment is assigned right away.

Rapid Fleet also helps you stay organized with these features:

  • Assign, track and complete maintenance tasks with work order ticket management;
  • Keep your trucks under warranty with custom preventative maintenance plans for each truck;
  • Ensure safe equipment conditions with inspection checklists for each vehicle;
  • Keep parts in stock with threshold alerts for your critical spare parts; and
  • Generate complete maintenance and inspection records for resale, audits or OEM requirements in a single click.

Rapid Fleet is available to all RapidWorks Platform and Visual Dispatch customers starting in January 2025.

Accepting payments from Rapid ERP

Now, you can request payment directly through Rapid ERP.  Simply send invoices with a payment link that your customers can securely pay online with just a few clicks. Whether it's a credit card or ACH transfer, payments are tracked automatically in Rapid ERP, so you always know where your money is. This means fewer business systems to juggle and more time to focus on what matters.
