Michael Byrne Mfg., based in Mansfield, Ohio, announced the acquisition of American Augers’ auger boring product line. This move expands MBM’s portfolio of heavy-duty auger boring machines and tooling. Approaching their 60th year serving the utility contractor market, MBM designs and manufactures its own custom gearboxes, specifically engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of underground construction projects. Azuria Water Solutions has acquired Waterline Renewal Technologies. Headquartered in Ottawa, Illinois, Waterline delivers advanced infrastructure rehabilitation solutions through its nationwide distribution network. The company’s suite of engineered products and equipment is used in the trenchless rehabilitation of wastewater and stormwater infrastructure for residential, municipal, commercial and industrial applications.
