McLaughlin Group added Neville Missen as application engineer for the company’s auger boring equipment, On Target steering systems and steerable rock systems. A native of Australia, he owned and operated Boretec Microtunneling, managed Bullseye Microtunneling, and served as equipment sales representative for Vermeer Australia.
