
Hawk Hydrovac Excavation Services, based in Taber, Alberta, uses its fleet of Tornado Hydroexcavators, throughout Southern Alberta. The company, founded in 2004, provides non-destructive methods of exposing buried utilities, pipelines and other underground infrastructure. Hawk Hydrovac currently has nine hydrovac trucks and four water trailers within its fleet. Most of the company's trucks are built on Kenworth and International chassis.
The Tornado F4 trucks feature up to 3,000 psi wand pressure, up to 980,000 BTU water heater, a positive displacement blower, a 26-foot boom with 342-degree swing radius and a sectioned tank for debris and water.
