The Rex pipe and cable locator from Schonstedt Instrument is a multifrequency locator for all underground utilities: water and sewer, electric, telecom, and gas. The design is less than 2 inches thick and weighs less than 4 pounds. The pistol-grip receiver extends for greater sensitivity and retracts for easier carrying and storage. Both the receiver and transmitter fit into a custom shoulder bag.
